As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer person-centred therapy to adults to help them unlock their inner transformation and find clarity and meaning in their life. Person-centred therapy is a psychotherapeutic approach which emphasizes a focus on the client’s internal thought process, feelings and experiences, instead of focusing on diagnosing and labelling them. This therapeutic approach allows clients to take an active role in their therapy by leading the process, while also providing support, empathy, and unconditional positive regard.
As an autonomous practitioner approved by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I provide individual psychotherapy under supervision. My holistic approach to well-being focuses on providing a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their inner thoughts and feelings, while also gaining clarity and insight into their life. With my approach, I believe that everyone can unlock their inner transformation, and develop purpose and meaning in their life.
