During this uncertain period with the COVID-19 outbreak, I am thankfully still accepting new clients. Thank you for reading my profile. I’m experienced in offering online counselling via ZOOM and telephone counselling so distance is not a barrier between us. Counselling offer us opportunities to explore our issues in a supportive and confidential space. Sharing our feelings, being heard and accepted can enable a deeper understanding of ourselves. Over time the process can help us release our innate potential and discover future possibilities.
I’m here to answer any questions you may have and I’m ready to learn about you and what has led you to consider counselling. My aim is to offer and build an unconditional relationship with you which is based on trust, genuineness and acceptance. I have a special interest in working with men. I want to help break down the barriers for men who are seeking counselling.
I also have a great deal of experience in working with adults, older adults, parents and families. I currently work with 3 charities counselling 13-25yr olds, workers within the automotive industry and visiting people with reduced mobility at home. I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor / Psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Previously I worked in the National Health Service for more than 20 years as a Registered Nurse.
