I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s in School Counseling from Chestnut Hill College. I am currently pursuing licensure as a clinical therapist and work as a school counselor. My primary clinical interests include Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and family systems.
In my practice, I see children, teenagers, couples, and adults, with a focus on issues like ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is integrative and person-centered, aimed at creating a safe, empathetic, and welcoming space for all my clients. I believe in the importance of understanding each individual’s unique experience and tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs.
I currently see clients virtually in Maryland and Pennsylvania for $30 per session.
