“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are” – Anais Nin.
Many of my clients are fully functioning high profile executive leaders – and two thirds of those are men from the corporate environment. As your coach, we will partner together to lift you out from underneath the veil of your own subconscious filters, one by one removing the road blocks that stand in the way of living your life on purpose and on your terms.
Are you taking the lead in your life or do you frequently feel as if life is leading you?  Do you often feel as if things in your life, your career and your relationships are well, just the way they are, and that even when you try to change them, you are unsuccessful?  Have you ever stopped to consider the idea that the “reality” of the challenges that you are facing right now are possibly a product of your own seemingly imperceptible filters through which you see your life?
In fact, it is through your life’s experiences that you have developed a complex variety of belief systems, assumptions, values and interpretations about who you are and what your “place” is in the world.  These filters often limit or expand what you see, and as result they impact how you perceive and what you think about your circumstances.  Sometimes these filters can work to your advantage – typically keeping you safe and secure.  Other times, they act as inner roadblocks standing in the way of you finding solutions to problems, fulfillment in your relationships, and success in your career.
