I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), and graduate of a cutting edge Masters of Counselling program. Prior to getting my masters I worked as a pharmacist in clinical settings, biotech and sales. I’ve managed teams and projects but my passion lies in working with people one on one.
I have experience in addiction, relationship and intimacy issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, PTSD and ADHD. I am poly and kink friendly as well, and consider myself an ally to the LGBTQI community.
For those that are new to therapy I will provide psychoeducation around the brain, nervous system and attachment styles. I will help you to develop your own mindfulness practice and provide other resources for you to start feeling better quickly.
I believe that an honest and trusting relationship with a therapist is the start of a path towards healing and growth. Sometimes we just need a little push!
