I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). I am also the founder of Men Therapy Toronto which is the first counseling center in Canada focused exclusively on the health and well-being of men. I am also a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist which is an evidence-based modality used in treating trauma. At Men Therapy Toronto we see men who come in for a wide range of concerns. We specialize in men working through concerns with porn and sex addiction, childhood sexual abuse, anger management, career concerns and childhood trauma. My origins are from a corporate background where I was part of the three-member team that launched the Kijiji business in Canada. The success of that business afforded me the opportunity to focus on an area of deep personal passion and interest for me; men’s mental health.
