I received my B.A. Psychology from the University of Nebraska in 2011 and received my M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University in 2013. I chose to work in the mental health field because I found it interesting and I enjoyed connecting with and helping people. I believe everyone has a unique story that requires an individualized approach to treatment. I strive to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment while being as genuine and down-to-earth as possible. Life is unpredictable and I believe we could all use some help at times
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to work with clients who have struggled with a variety of challenges, but I have found I work best with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, emotional regulation issues (anger management), and grief.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 7 years and my two sons. I also enjoy photography, bowling, and playing videogames.
